About the Aloe Library
Library Schedule
All students in first through fifth grade visit the library during block at a scheduled time once every week for 40 minutes. The library is open for students to turn in books, renew titles, and check out books during these times:
Monday - Friday
9:15AM - 10:20AM
9:15AM - 10:20AM
Circulation Policies
Students in first and second grades can check out one book.
Students in third, fourth, and fifth grades can check out two books.
Books checked out for research purposes or class projects do not count against the borrowing limit.
Books are checked out for a borrowing period of one week.
Books not turned in after one week are considered overdue.
No fines are assessed for overdue books.
Fines are assessed for damaged or lost materials. Fines for damaged materials are assessed according to the district. Lost book fines are assessed according to the purchase price of the material.

The library consists of seven sections. Students are allowed to check out books from all sections except the professional collection and the reference section.
